Statement on data protection

The following statement fulfills the legal requirements regarding our duty to inform and advise our customers.

 

Personal data

Triobike collects personal data on customers for the purpose of invoicing, communicating and offering services to our customers. The data is also used to grant guarantees to our customers.

Data is collected on a customer’s name, address, telephone number and email. We also register the TAX number of business customers. The bicycle’s serial number and lock number are also registered on the invoice.

Customers primarily pay via bank transfer, but Triobike does not register the customer’s bank information..

Invoice information is registered in an accounting program, currentlyQuickbooks , with whom we have an agreement. This agreement ensures compliance with the Act on Processing of Personal Data and also ensures that the personal data registered by Triobike in Quickbooks is only used for the above-stated purposes.

Customers may at any time request information on the personal data registered in our invoicing system.

We store your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which the data was registered and processed. Customers who are no longer current can be blocked in our invoicing system.

 

Newsletter recipients

At the moment, newsletters are only sent to suppliers, and they may at any time cancel their subscription to the newsletter. It is not possible to automatically sign up via the Triobike website.
